Nigerian American Baritone, Babatunde Akinboboye has most recently sung the roles of Drew in Opera Works' ASAP production of The Discord Altar, and Zanni in the world premiere of Gloria Coats' Stolen Identity. Mr. Akinboboye's honors include Western Regional Finalist in the 2012 Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions, first place winner in the 43nd Annual American Educators of Italian Origin United Opera Scholarship Competition, and finalist in the International Eisteddfod Vocal Solo Competition in Llangollen, Wales.
